about design submissions

Rahzo Brand Designs

As a base offering, Rahzo offers exclusively-designed, custom-printed Rahzo brand tee shirts. Creative professionals are always encouraged to submit their own Rahzo brand designs. Rahzo brand garments may be reprinted as demand requires.

Thematic Designs

In many cases, Rahzo selects a thematic approach for a garment design and holds a design competition. Although invitations to submit design concepts may be sent to selected artists, competitions are open to all creative professionals. Submissions must consist of original artwork and a 100-300 word description of the concept and how the work embodies the theme. The winning submissions may be compensated by a flat fee and invitation to join the Rahzo community and build their own Designer Kiosk, entitling them to their own personal profile and links to their professional website(s) as a channel to potential work opportunity. The resulting theme shirts may be produced in limited editions.

Nonprofit Exclusive Designs

In some cases, Rahzo may offer an exclusive design to a nonprofit partner. In the exclusive program, all donations are directed only to the nonprofit that the shirt was designed for. Each nonprofit will have an opportunity to promote their exclusive designs on their own website.

For example, we may offer a design for an nonprofit available on the Rahzo website, and an exclusive, limited edition version with special colors, fabrics, or ink treatments available only at the nonprofit’s website which is free to the public with a specified donation to the nonprofit.

Open Designs

Rahzo accepts open design submissions. In the open design arena, Rahzo may choose to showcase individual garment designs in the Rahzo Design Arena™, based on their creative merit, for user polls.

Designs that receive high ratings from user polls may be printed and offered for purchase in limited-edition print runs. In some cases, Rahzo may track interest in unused designs and then produce a design once the threshold of demand is met.
